Wow, we open the Farm for the Christmas Tree season in just 7 days!
We’ve been busy inspecting trees, setting up the Christmas Shop, stocking shelves and attending to the general look of the Farm. Overall, I think that our customers will have a really good experience at the Farm and hopefully enjoy the view of the rolling hills as much as we do.
The plentiful rain this year has yielded some truly beautiful trees. We have Blue Spruce, Douglas Firs, Scotch Pines and White Pines in the fields closest to the Christmas Shop and have a limited supply of Canaan Firs (they are in the 10-15 foot range).
This year we have expanded the range of wreaths made by Tim and have added tree top ribbons and bows to our range of products.
Come on out and enjoy Christmas the old fashion way with recorded Christmas music, free hot chocolate and cider. We supply bow saws for cutting the trees ( please, no chain saws). We will also shake and bale your tree for free where possible ( please note that some of the very large trees may not fit through our baler).
‘Hope to see you this Christmas Season!
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Spruce Rock Farm will close for the 2020 Christmas tree season as of 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 13, 2020. Accordingly, we have suspended the online store and appointments options on our website effective as of 10:00 am, December 7, 2020.
While this year has certainly been a trying one for many, we have been encouraged and uplifted by the visits of so many new and returning customers who, in spite of our Covid19 protection practices, have been upbeat, happy and generally having a good time at the farm.
As we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ on earth, we wish everyone peace, happiness, health and better times in the ensuing new year.
